Users of Windows 7 and older versions should update their Zoom client and operating system.

Pitt Information Technology continues to provide students with a wide variety of software options to support remote learning.

Students, faculty, and staff will be unable to process adds or drops for any term until the updates have been completed.

The default Qualtrics reporting interface has been in place since February 2016 and is not affected by this change.

Affected systems include myPitt (my.pitt.edu), University websites, and systems that require authentication through Pitt Passport.
