PeopleSoft Unavailable May 13-15 for System Upgrades; Requires Users to Clear Browser Cache

PeopleSoft, PeopleSoft HighPoint CX and PeopleSoft Mobile will be unavailable during upgrades scheduled for the Student Information System from 10 p.m. on Friday, May 13, to 7 p.m. on Sunday, May 15. The systems will be returned to service earlier if work is completed ahead of schedule.

Users will notice a new homepage layout and NavBar navigation tool following the upgrade.

Please note:

  1. Users must clear their browser caches for PeopleSoft to function properly following the upgrade.
  2. Users accessing PeopleSoft via MyPitt will be automatically directed to the new homepage. Users may access PeopleSoft Classic from this page.
  3. Existing bookmarks and saved URLs will continue to function after the upgrade and users may continue directly accessing PeopleSoft Classic with these methods.  

Guidance and directions for using the upgraded homepage and NavBar are provided on the Technology website.
