Then, click on the waffle (9-dot square) in the upper left corner and select Planner. If you don’t see it, click on More Apps to see the complete list of Microsoft 365 apps available to you. You can use Planner from any web browser or download the mobile app onto your phone or tablet. (Sorry, no desktop app at this time.)

Getting started with Microsoft Planner is pretty easy, but you’re not on your own. If you're new to Planner or need a refresher, LinkedIn Learning offers an excellent introductory video called “Microsoft Planner Essential Training” that walks you through the basics.

In addition, Microsoft has a comprehensive Planner support site with video tutorials and online articles about everything from getting started and understanding the app to building a plan, staying on track, and integrating it with other apps like your Outlook/Teams calendar.
