Microsoft has restored service and users are once again able to place calls from Skype for Business phones to 412-432 prefixes (for example, 412-432-XXXX). Our engineers continue to monitor to ensure the issue has been fully resolved.

Microsoft is experiencing an issue that is affecting the ability of some users to place calls from Skype for Business phones to 412-432 prefixes (for example, 412-432-XXXX). The ability to receive calls on Skype for Business phones is not affected by this issue.

Microsoft is aware of the issue and working to restore service as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted as they become available.
