The issue that affected CourseWeb last night has been resolved and remains stable. Full service has been restored.

A fix has been implemented and CourseWeb appears to be working. Pitt IT is investigating the root cause and will continue to monitor the service. Any user still experiencing issues should contact the Technology Help Desk at 412 624-HELP (4357).

The issue with CourseWeb has been identified and Pitt IT hopes to have the system fully restored by 9:30 p.m. ET.

Pitt IT is investigating an issue with CourseWeb (Blackboard Learn) that is affecting access to some content. We are working to restore full service as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted as they become available.
