Qualtrics Removes Access to Classic Reports on July 1

Effective on July 1, Qualtrics, the provider of Pitt’s Online Survey System, will disable access to the Classic Reports interface—including scheduled emails and public reports. The default Qualtrics reporting interface—known as Advanced-Reports—has been in place since February 2016 and is not affected by this change.

If you have created any Classic Reports, you should have received an email notification from Qualtrics. In addition, you would have received an alert about your Classic Reports in your Qualtrics notification feed, which can be accessed by clicking the bell icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Qualtrics interface.

If you have Classic Reports and need to retain access to them, please take one of the following actions before June 30: 

  1. Rebuild your report in the Advanced-Reports interface.
  2. Download a PDF copy of your report from Classic Reports interface.
