Zoom Videoconferencing will be unavailable for up to three hours during scheduled maintenance from 11 p.m. on Saturday, March 20, through 7 a.m. on Sunday, March 21.
If you are hosting a Zoom meeting during the maintenance window, Pitt IT recommends you reschedule the meeting using Microsoft Teams or another videoconferencing service and inform all participants.
This maintenance is necessary because Zoom is updating the security certificate that is used with Pitt Passport, the University’s single sign-on service. Although maintenance may last up to three hours, Zoom will be returned to service earlier if work is completed ahead of schedule.
