Getting started with Creative Cloud

To install Acrobat or Creative Cloud on a user’s dedicated machine, please provide the user's primary University Computing Account (@pitt.edu) when the software is purchased in the Software Store on PantherExpress.  Then, choose an operating system and follow the installation instructions below. For those with last year’s version of Adobe Creative Cloud installed, you do not need to uninstall this version.

Windows and Mac

  1. Log in to the Software Download Service at My Pitt.
  2. Click the Software Downloads link.
  3. In the “Search Software” field type Creative Cloud Enterprise, then click Search.
  4. Choose the Windows or Mac version.
  5. Follow the online instructions to complete the download.

To install the software on a shared machine or in a lab environment, please provide the username “labinstall” when the software is purchased in the Software Store on PantherExpress. Then install the software from the software download site or purchase the software on either a USB key or a CD for Acrobat.
