Based on decreasing use of iOS 10, Duo has announced that—effective Sunday, July 28, 2019—it will no longer provide technical support for issues related to using the Duo Mobile app on iOS 10 devices. While the Duo Mobile app will continue to function with the University’s multifactor authentication service, just as it does today, Duo will not provide troubleshooting assistance with any issues involving iOS 10 devices after July 28.
Duo recommends iOS 10 users upgrade to the most recent version of iOS available for their device and use the latest version of the Duo Mobile app. You can check the latest supported operating system for your device here. Taking these steps ensures you have access to the latest features and improvements.
