RESOLVED: Service Provider Issue Affecting Access to Pitt Email via My Pitt and AskCathy

Microsoft has resolved the issue with its Office 365 service that affected access to Pitt Email earlier today. Full service has been restored.

Microsoft is experiencing an issue with its Office 365 service that is affecting access to Pitt Email. Attempts to access email through My Pitt (my.pitt.edu), AskCathy (askcathy.pitt.edu), and outlook.office.com display an error message. Users can still access their Pitt email through a mobile app or their desktop email client.

Microsoft is aware of the issue and working to restore full service as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted as they become available.
