Resolved: Issue Affecting Access to My Pitt

The issue affecting access to My Pitt (my.pitt.edu) has been resolved and full functionality has been restored. We continue to monitor the service and will post any additional updates as they become available.

Pitt Information Technology is aware of an issue affecting access to My Pitt (my.pitt.edu) for all web browsers. We are working with the vendor to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted as they become available.

An issue is affecting access to My Pitt (my.pitt.edu) for some Chrome web browser users. Individuals affected by the issue typically see an HTTP 500 error when accessing the site. Clearing the browser cache may resolve the issue.  

Pitt IT is aware of the issue and working with the vendor to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted as they become available.
