Pitt Information Technology is pleased to announce that enhanced reporting features and automated billing for Pitt IT-hosted services will begin in the new fiscal year. 

Starting on July 1, Pitt IT will replace physical invoices for the costs of using Isilon storage, Unity storage, NOC-hosted virtual servers, and NOC-hosted physical servers with a dashboard, powered by Tableau. 

This platform gives users the ability to review and monitor hosting charges in real time, from one location and is currently used by customers of Pitt IT’s cloud services (Azure, AWS and GCP Hosted resources). 

No action is required at this time. A member of Pitt IT will contact you before July 1 to coordinate access and provide instructions on how to use the dashboard.
