Resolved: Access to Single Sign-On Services Restored

The Single Sign-On issue that affected access to some of the University’s services on Wednesday night has been resolved. Access to all services has been restored.

An issue with the University’s Single Sign-On Service (Pitt Passport) is affecting access to some University services. Access to the Student Information System (PeopleSoft) is unavailable through My Pitt. Direct access to Enterprise Exchange (My Pitt Email) and Legacy Webmail is unavailable, but both services can still be accessed through My Pitt. Other services that use the Pitt Passport login page may also be affected.
