Service Provider Maintenance Affects Some Software Downloads on May 15

Kivuto, the service provider for Pitt on the Hub (online software store), has scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, May 15, outside the University’s standard downtime period. 

Access to download software through pitt.onthehub.com, including Microsoft software for personal purchase and Adobe software for faculty, will be unavailable from 7 to 9 a.m. during the maintenance period. The University’s Software Download Service (software.pitt.edu) is not affected by this maintenance.
