Service Provider Maintenance Affects Some Software Downloads on Dec. 11

Kivuto, the service provider for Pitt on the Hub (online software store), will perform vendor maintenance on Tuesday, Dec. 11, beginning at 7 a.m.

Downloading software through pitt.onthehub.com—including Microsoft software for personal purchase by students, faculty, and staff—will be unavailable for up to three hours while work is completed. The University’s Software Download Service (software.pitt.edu) is not affected by this maintenance.
