Microsoft has resolved the issue with its Skype for Business service that affected telephone service for some University users earlier today. Full service has been restored.

Microsoft is experiencing issues with its Skype for Business service that are affecting telephone service for some University users.
The issues are affecting cellular and Avaya customers who are attempting to dial Skype for Business phone users.
Microsoft is aware of the issues and working to restore full service as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted as they become available.
