Microsoft has resolved the intermittent issue that affected Skype for Business phone calls and conferencing earlier today. Full service has been restored.

Microsoft is experiencing an intermittent issue that may cause a delay before inbound and outbound Skype for Business phone calls connect. Calls placed between two Skype for Business phones are not affected by this issue.
In addition, some users are experiencing intermittent failures when using the Skype for Business dial-in conferencing feature.
Microsoft is aware of the issues and working to restore full service as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted as they become available.
