Resolved: Intermittent Microsoft Issue Affecting Access to Pitt Email and Other Office 365 Apps

Microsoft has resolved the intermittent issue that affected Pitt Email and other Office 365 apps earlier today. Full service has been restored.

Update: In addition to the Office 365 issues described in the original alert, Skype for Business users are not able to receive external phone calls. Microsoft continues working to restore full service.

Microsoft is experiencing an intermittent issue with its Office 365 service that is affecting access to Pitt Email through Outlook on the web, including via the My Pitt website. Other Office 365 apps are also unavailable.

Microsoft is aware of the issue and working to restore full service as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted as they become available.
