The intermittent issue that affected access to the University’s Telecommunications / IT Billing System (PCR-360) has been resolved. Full service has been restored.

An intermittent issue is affecting access to the University’s Telecommunications / IT Billing System (PCR-360). Users of the service may be unable to log in or may experience slow response times.

Pitt Information Technology is working to resolve the problem. Updates will be posted as they become available.
