Duo has confirmed that phone authentication calls to T-Mobile users are now working normally. The issue has been fully resolved.

Duo, the service provider for the University's multifactor authentication service, is experiencing an issue that is affecting the ability of users on T-Mobile's network to use the Call Me authentication option. Alternately, the Send Me a Push and Enter a Passcode authentication options remain available.
Duo is aware of the issue and working with T-Mobile to resolve it as quickly as possible.
