Document Management (Perceptive Content / ImageNow) service will be unavailable during an extended upgrade period from 6 p.m. on Friday, May 31, through 7 a.m. on Monday, June 3.
After service is complete, opening your Perceptive client starts a version check and upgrade process. If an upgrade to your client version is needed, it can take up to 10 minutes to complete. Once a message indicates the client upgrade is complete, you will be able to sign in to the Perceptive system.
The system will return to service earlier, if work is finished ahead of schedule. This upgrade is necessary to maintain the stability and reliability of the service.
