License Use
VMware software products are for use on University of Pittsburgh hardware only. Current licenses include all upgrades and 24/7 production support. Upon purchase of a license, a custom VMware portal will be created to permit designated administrators to manage support, downloads, licenses, access, and upgrades. Licenses do not expire, but must be renewed annually to access this portal and the support and upgrades provided therein.
Additional Information
VMware software is not available through the Software Download Service via My Pitt (my.pitt.edu). This software also is not available to students, faculty, or staff for personal use. Visit the VMware website for complete product information; all software is provided electronically through the VMware portal.
