The issue that earlier this morning affected the ability of some individuals to access University sites from outside the University’s network has been resolved. All services have been restored.

An issue that appears to be related to record validation for pitt.edu is affecting the ability of some individuals to access University sites from outside the University's network. We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Students, faculty, and staff who have difficulty accessing Pitt sites can contact the Help Desk at 412-624-HELP  for instructions on how to temporarily change their DNS settings to access Pitt services. We will update this post with more information as it becomes available.
