The Secure Remote Access service will be unavailable for approximately one hour beginning shortly after midnight on Dec. 17 during the standard downtime period.
This maintenance is necessary to ensure the continued reliability and stability of the Secure Remote Access service.
In addition, an upgraded version of the Pulse Secure client will be available after the upgrade. Users will be prompted to upgrade to the new client the first time they connect to the Secure Remote Access service after Dec. 17. Administrative rights are not required to install the upgraded client. Users who decline to upgrade will still be able to connect to the Secure Remote Access service.
