Resolved: Microsoft Issue Affecting Outlook Web App Tiles

Microsoft has resolved the intermittent issue that affected the ability of some students, faculty, and staff to view the full list of Office 365 menu tiles within Outlook Web App.

Microsoft is experiencing an intermittent issue with its Outlook Web App (OWA) that is affecting the ability of some students, faculty, and staff to view the full list of Office 365 menu tiles within OWA. Only menu tiles within Outlook Web App are affected; all menu tiles remain available within other Office 365 products, including SharePoint and OneDrive for Business. Access to SharePoint and OneDrive for Business through My Pitt is not affected by this issue.
