Microsoft has resolved the issue that affected the ability of Skype for Business phone users to receive phone calls from AT&T and Verizon customers. Full functionality has been restored.

Microsoft is experiencing an issue with its Skype for Business service that is affecting the ability of Skype for Business phone users to receive external phone calls from AT&T and Verizon users. Internal calls between Skype for Business users are not affected. Microsoft is aware of the issue and is working to restore service as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted as they become available.
