Update: Access to All Enterprise Services Restored

6:27 p.m. August 20, 2015

Access has been restored to all enterprise services that were affected by a hardware issue earlier this afternoon.

 

4:16 p.m. August 20, 2015

Access to CourseWeb and legacy Webmail has also been restored.

 

3:50 p.m. August 20, 2015

Access has been restored to the Student Information System (PeopleSoft) and My Pitt Email for faculty and staff. Engineers are still working to restore access to CourseWeb, PRISM, and legacy Webmail. 

 

3:30 p.m. August 20, 2015

A hardware issue is affecting access to some University enterprise services, including the Student Information System (PeopleSoft), CourseWeb, PRISM, My Pitt Email for faculty and staff, and legacy Webmail. Computing Services and Systems Development engineers are working with the vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Updates will be posted as they become available.
