Training
CSSD provides training to faculty and staff for a number of technology services to help people better use the technology services available at the University.
iTunes U
When a department designates or changes an iTunes U Content Administrator, CSSD will contact the individual to schedule an orientation session that provides an overview of both the iTunes U service and the responsibilities of Content Administrators.
Orientations
CSSD provides an overview of our technology services at all orientation sessions for new employees. Information is also provided to new students during summer orientation sessions such as PittStart.
Student Information System (PeopleSoft)
CSSD provides regular classes for staff who are new to using this system. For more information, visit the PeopleSoft Info community in the University's Web portal, My Pitt (my.pitt.edu).
Telephone Services
On request CSSD will provide customized training for specific telephony needs.
