Residential Consultants

Residential Consultants (ResCons) are students living in the University residence halls who provide on-site technical support to resident students. ResCons can help with campus network connections, virus and spyware removal, software installation, data backups, and much more. To schedule an appointment with a ResCon, call the Technology Help Desk at 412 624-HELP [4357].

If you are interested in becoming a ResCon, you can apply for student employee positions online. Positions are also available for Campus Computing Lab Consultants and Clerical Assistant/Administrative Support.
