Print and Email Quotas
Print Quota
Pittsburgh campus students can print up to 900 black-and-white pages in the campus computing labs per semester. You can check how many pages you have printed or how close you are to reaching your print quota at any time. Just log in to Manage My Account and click the View quota information link.
Email Quota
IMAP email accounts have a storage size limit of 250 MB (megabytes). When the space taken up by your IMAP email messages begins to approach your storage limit, you will receive a warning message. You can view your remaining storage space by logging in to Manage My Account and clicking the View quota information link. You should attempt to manage your mailbox size by deleting mail items and then purging them. If you do not purge messages from your Trash folder after deleting them, they will continue to take up storage space in your mailbox. Once your exceed your quota, any messages you delete will be permanently deleted without first being moved to your Trash folder. You will not be able to restore these messages. Exchange email accounts have a storage size limit of 250 MB (megabytes). When you are near to reaching your limit, you will be notified by email.
