A problem is occurring for some Pittsburgh Centrex voice mail users who access messages by dialing extension 3-1300 in which the telephone message indicator light is not activating or deactivating correctly. Callers are able to leave messages and users are able to retrieve them from the system. Users should periodically dial into the system to check for messages until the problem is resolved. CSSD is working to correct the problem as quickly as possible. Please contact the Technology Help Desk at 412-624-HELP [4357] for additional information or assistance if needed. This problem is not affecting users who access voice mail by dialing extensions other than 3-1300.
